Stephanie Grates did a fantastic job with the presentation above, and The Atlantic brought it to life with the animated video below. In both cases the message is strong, and it is that we have come a mighty long way!

Well here are a few of our favourite hairstylist and salons at the moment. These people have devoted a lot of time to their craft, and each one of them is responsible for pushing the industry forward in some shape or form.

He really needs no introduction as is written here, Oribe is one of the most sought-after hairstylist today. He is respected by his peers and his enviable celebrity clients list which includes the likes of Anne Hathaway, Penelope Cruz, Jennifer Lopez, January Jones, Britney Spears, Rihanna, Scarlett Johanssen, Mila Kunis, Olivia etc. are always more than willing to sing his praises!
